Real Madrid winger Arjen Robben will not be joining Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to the player's father.
The 25-year-old Dutchman had been linked with a move to White Hart Lane along with team-mates Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Gabriel Heinze.
But Hans Robben - the player's dad and also his agent - insists there is no chance of such a transfer taking place.
"Absolute nonsense," Robben senior told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf. "We don't talk with Tottenham. At the moment we don't talk with any club.
"Of course, things can change overnight, but one thing is sure: Arjen will certainly not join Tottenham."
