FA Cup: West Ham 1-2 Arsenal

Monday, January 4, 2010

Two late goals from Aaron Ramsey and Eduardo helped Arsenal come from behind to beat West Ham 2-1 and book their place in the FA Cup fourth round.

The Hammers took the lead in first-half stoppage time when Alessandro Diamanti collected Valon Behrami's pass and slotted in off the post.

Arsenal drew level 12 minutes from time when Ramsey smashed a left-foot drive into the far corner after collecting Carlos Vela's pass through a crowded penalty area.

And before the home side could mount a recovery, Arsenal had turned the tie around with Eduardo heading home the winner seven minutes from time.
