Barcelona hit back from a goal down to secure a 2-1 win at 10-man Osasuna to climb to the top of the La Liga standings.

The hosts went ahead after 17 minutes when Joseba Llorente got his right foot at chest level to tap Roland Lamah's cross past Víctor Valdés.

Lionel Messi equalised for Barça in the 76th minute before Francisco Puñal was given his marching orders for arguing the goal was offside.

Barcelona pounced on the numerical advantage with Messi latching on to Jordi Alba's cross in the 80th for the winner and his league-leading fourth goal.
