Werder Bremen star Diego admits he could be on the move this summer after confirming he has received several offers.

Juventus, Chelsea and Real Madrid are all believed to be interested in signing the 24-year-old.

And the Brazilian has revealed for the first time that his days as a Bremen player may be coming to an end.

He told Die Welt newspaper: "The fact is, there is a chance I could leave.

"I have been here for three years and still have two years left on my contract.

"There are offers for me and therefore I will have to decide this season how things should proceed.

"I am concentrating on Werder Bremen for now....when May comes, we will have to decide what is good for me and the club."

He added: "Juventus, Chelsea and Real Madrid are clubs from the best three leagues in the world and I am in awe of them.

"I believe any player in the world would love to play there. That is the same with me.

"These clubs are always playing at the very highest level and are always challenging at the top in Europe each year."
