Mancini drops Bayern hint

Former Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has admitted his interest in coaching Bayern Munich in the future.

Mancio has been out of the game since he departed from the Nerazzurri bench last season, but he has declared his intention to join a big club soon and Luca Toni has invited him to Germany.

The hot seat at the Allianz Arena could become available as current boss Jürgen Klinsmann is likely to leave in the summer.

"It would be a great pleasure to coach Bayern Munich," Mancini admitted to calciomercato.it. "They are one of the world's biggest clubs.

"However, there hasn't been any contact because they already have a coach and they are still fighting for the Bundesliga title. Maybe one day..."

But before taking a post, Mancini would have to rescind his contract with Inter, who are still paying his salary.
