Julio Cruz scored twice as Lazio came from behind to beat Chievo 2-1 in Verona.
Chievo took a surprise lead in the 16th minute when Sergio Pellissier nodded home from six yards at the back post, as the Lazio defense was caught ball-watching.
The visitors were given a route back into the game four minutes before the interval when Cruz converted from the penalty spot after he was bundled over by Santiago Morero in the box.
The ex-Inter Milan striker then tapped in the winner eight minutes into the second half.
