Inter Milan sealed their seventh win of the season and move back to the top of Serie A after beating Catania 2-1 at the San Siro.
Sully Muntari opened the scoring for the home side in the 13th minute and Wesley Sneijder doubled the advantage just after half an hour.
Catania set up a grandstand finish late on when Giuseppe Mascara slotted home from the penalty spot, but Inter held on to maintain their two-point gap at the top of the table.
