Reigning champions Barcelona progressed in top spot from the tightly-contested Group F to the last 16 of the Champions League with a 2-1 victory at Dynamo Kyiv.

Artem Milevskiy had put Kyiv in front after just two minutes but Xavi equalised for Barcelona in the 33rd minute after sustained pressure

Lionel Messi then ensured the Catalans qualified in first place ahead of Inter Milan with a fabulous free-kick four minutes from time.
