Inter Milan left themselves vulnerable at the top of Serie A after being held to a 1-1 draw by fourth-placed Palermo.
Diego Milito put the Nerazzurri in front from the penalty spot in the 10th minute after Lúcio was pulled down by Cesare Bovo in the area.
Palermo equalised on 24 minutes when Fabrizio Miccoli moved in from the right and delivered a perfect pass into the path of Edison Cavani, who beat Júlio César inside his near post from 10 yards.
