Diego Milito struck midway through the second half to give Inter Milan a 1-0 win at home against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League quarter-final.
The Argentina striker scored the only goal of the game in the 65th minute after linking up with Wesley Sneijder, but Inter missed chances to score either side of the goal while dominating the game.
