La Liga: Real Zaragoza 1-2 Real Madrid

Sunday, April 25, 2010

Real Madrid remained one point back of defending champions Barcelona after Kaká scored the winner in a temperamental 2-1 win at 10-man Real Zaragoza.

Real had gone ahead through Raúl on 50 minutes but Zaragoza, despite having Matteo Contini sent off two minutes later, still managed to draw level Adrián Colunga on the hour-mark.

Kaká replaced Fernando Gago in the 75th minute for his first appearance since March 10 and his late strike sealed Real's 15th victory in their last 16 league games and keeping their title hopes alive.
