Defending champions Inter Milan were denied a first win in November after a 1-1 stalemate at Lecce.
Inter broke the deadlock 15 minutes from time when Diego Milito stole in between defenders to convert Samuel Eto'o's cross from the left.
But Lecce snatched a point as Rubén Olivera headed in David Di Michele's corner three minutes later.
