Goals from C.J. Sapong and Aurélien Collin put the Timbers in a two-goal hole after 20 minutes against Sporting Kansas City at Jeld-Wen Field on Saturday.

And just when it looked like Portland was heading into the locker room two goals down, Nagbe popped up with a fantastic strike as he collected a clearance just outside the box, juggled the ball a couple times and then struck a perfectly placed volley inside the far corner.

So good was the strike, that Portland coach John Spencer said: "If Cristiano Ronaldo scores that goal tonight… or (Lionel) Messi, it's spotted all over the globe in world soccer. Everywhere."

Unfortunately, the hosts were unable to find the equalizer, leaving Portland with just one point from its last six games.
