The visiting side were 3-0 ahead by the interval thanks to goals from Domenico Criscito, Aleksandr Kerzhakov and Sergei Semak.

Dynamo got one back through veteran German striker Kevin Kurányi in the 72nd minute, but Kerzhakov restored Zenit's three-goal advantage just three minutes later.

Zenit then moved 5-1 ahead with 11 minutes remaining as Huszti scored the goal of the game.

The Hungarian, playing for the first time since September due to injury, struck with a powerful free-kick that deflected off the Dynamo wall and into the net.
