Only six minutes had past in the match-up between the two giants of the Japanese game when a Sanfrecce midfielder made an innocuous tackle midway through his own half.

Following that the ball rolled inadvertently to Aoyama, who spotted the Yokohama goalkeeper off his line.

The 26-year-old midfielder then let fly from a good 15 yards inside his own half and watched on in delight as the ball flew into the net without even taking a bounce beforehand.

Moreover, following Aoyama's amazing strike his Sanfrecce teammates went for the classic bowling ball celebration that elevated the moment even a higher level of top-draw entertainment.
