Andriy Shevchenko on Dynamo Kyiv's radar

Chelsea flop Andriy Shevchenko could make his way back to his former club Dynamo Kyiv, according to club president Igor Surkis.

The 32-year-old striker made his name for the Ukrainian giants before moving to AC Milan, where he established himself as one of the best hitmen in European football.

After subsequently spending seven years at the San Siro, Shevchenko was snapped up by Chelsea for a then-British record £30 million.

But he has found little success at Stamford Bridge and was eventually loaned back to the Rossoneri last season.

"My intention is to talk to Shevchenko again when he comes for our national team friendly against Turkey next week," Surkis told the Daily Star.

"I would consider myself to be very fortunate should I have such a striker."
