Roma defender plays down exit rumours

AS Roma defender Cicinho has denied speculation he is seeking a return to Brazil and insists he is happy in the Italian capital.
Cicinho's future has been up in the air since the 29-year-old stated that he is unhappy in Europe and wants to return to Brazil.
However, Cicinho has moved to reject the comments, insisting that his wish is to remain in the Eternal City.
He told Corriere dello Sport: "I have never stated to anyone, not even to Roma, any wish to return to Brazil.
"I am very happy at Roma and I am delighted at how my career is going.
"I've been five years in Europe and I have no problems whatsoever.
"At this time my focus is on returning to play with the Roma jersey."
