AC Milan did little to boost their flagging hopes of a first Serie A title as they were held to a 2-2 at home by Catania.
Maxi López put Catania ahead just 12 minutes in before turning creator for Adrián Ricchiuti shortly before the break.
Marco Borriello pulled one back for Leonardo's side three minutes into the second half and then levelled matters nine minutes from time, but the draw left Milan four points behind new Serie A leaders AS Roma with five games remaining.
