Alexis Sánchez opened the scoring in the 18th minute when the Chilean winger flicked home Di Natale's free-kick.
Sánchez repaid the favour five minutes before the break when he threaded the ball through a needle into the path of Di Natale, who slotted home for his landmark goal.
