Wayne Rooney's double fired Manchester United to a 2-0 home win over the 10-man West Bromwich Albion to lift them back into the Premier League top spot.
Rooney got things rolling for the home side in the 35th minute in when he turned home Javier Hernández's cross from the right.
Any chance of a fightback from the Baggies dissipated when Jonas Olsson was sent off for a second yellow card on 65 minutes.
Within five minutes, the hosts had their second, Rooney again the scorer, slotting home a clinical penalty after Ashley Young was brought down by Keith Andrews in the area.
