Despite struggling with injuries recently, AC Milan pair Ronaldinho and Kaká have been named in the Brazil squad for upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Peru.

Kaká suffered a foot injury during a Serie A match against Reggina last month, while Ronaldinho has had lingering problems with an Achilles' heel.

Two other Milan players - striker Alexandre Pato and defender Thiago Silva - were also named by coach Carlos Dunga on Thursday, along with Premier League trio Robinho, Elano and Anderson.

The rest of Seleçao's squad remained nearly the same as that which beat Italy 2-0 in a friendly last month with two exceptions - Internacional's Kléber will substitute Adriano of Sevilla, while São Paulo defender Miranda got the nod in place of AS Roma's Juan, who was injured during a Champions League match against Arsenal on Wednesday.

The Brazil squad are due to meet up in Rio de Janeiro on March 24 to begin training for their first match against Ecuador on March 29.

The following match against Peru will take place on March 1 in Porto Alegre.
