AC Milan have revealed they will make an announcement regarding coach Carlo Ancelotti's future once they are secure of a place in the Champions League.

Speculation is rife in Italy and England that Ancelotti, who has one year left on his Milan contract, will leave for Chelsea this summer.

"If Milan beat AS Roma, therefore assuring a place in next season's Champions League, on Monday we will reveal the coach," Milan vice president Adriano Galliani said.

"At Milan, there is no chaos but only very clear ideas that will be announced once we claim a Champions League place.

"(Milan president) Silvio Berlusconi and I always agree on our decisions. There is no difference between the president and the club administrator and I hope I can make an announcement on Monday."

Despite all the speculation about Ancelotti's future, Galliani insists they have not looked at any other options.

He added: "I have never spoken to any coaches and I challenge anyone to show the contrary.

"We have never thought about any other coaches. Let's allow the championship to finish and we'll see."
