Sevilla sealed their first win in Osasuna since the 1992/93 season thanks to goals from Álvaro Negredo and Frédéric Kanouté.
Negredo gave the Andalusians the lead seven minutes before the break when he turned home an Adriano pass.
Kanouté then sealed the victory in the 70th minute when he lashed home an unstoppable drive from the edge of the area.
Osasuna finished the game with 10 men after Sergio Fernández was sent off in the 81st minute for a dangerous tackle on winger Diego Perotti.
