Fernando Torres ended a goal drought spanning six matches by grabbing the winner in Liverpool's 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers at Anfield.
Sotiris Kyrgiakos opened the scoring for Liverpool with a thumping header on 48 minutes before Blackburn levelled just two minutes later through Jamie Carragher's unfortunate own goal.
But a sign the Reds' fortunes were changing came in the 53rd minute when Torres drifted to the far post to side-foot Joe Cole's cross into the net.
