Eduardo da Silva returned to haunt Arsenal as Shakhtar Donetsk came from behind to win 2-1 in Ukraine and draw level with the Gunners at the top of Group H.
Arsenal were in front with only 10 minutes on the clock when the jet-heeled Theo Walcott burst clear onto Jack Wilshere's pass down the left before beating Andriy Pyatov with a measured finish.
However, the visitors were undone when Craig Eastmond deflected Dmytro Chygrynskiy's header into his own goal and former striker Eduardo came back to haunt his old club with the winner on the stroke of half-time.
