Marek Bakoš fired the Czech champions ahead on the stroke of half-time when he was alone at the far post to tap home a Petr Jiráček low cross.
But Renan Bressan latched on to Filip Rudzik's pass 21 minutes from the end to ensure the spoils were shared in Prague.
