We've seen scorpion kick saves and scorpion kick goals, but have you ever seen a reverse scorpion kick own goal that flies into the top corner before?
Sun Hei's Nigerian defender Festus Baise pulled off the acrobatic move late into a match against Citizen AA in the Hong Kong First Division on Friday.
On 80 minutes, Sun Hei launched an attack down the right, when the cross came in Baise launched himself into the air to get something on the ball.
And he made the cleanest of connections with a beautiful scorpion kick that flew over his goalkeeper and into the top corner.
Had it gone in the correct goal we would be describing it as one of the greatest goals of all time, instead it surely ranks as the best own goal ever.
Luckily for Baise, his side managed to retain their lead and win 3-2, so maybe even he can appreciate this flukey beauty.
