A goal in either half was enough to earn AC Milan a 2-0 success against Parma at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
Zlatan Ibrahimović gave Milan the lead from the penalty spot in the 17th minute after Cristian Zaccardo had blocked Urby Emanuelson's shot with his hand.
Emanuelson wrapped up the spoils just before the hour mark, thundering through the hosts' back line before rounding Antonio Mirante and sliding the ball into the open goal.
