Inter Milan have now lost both matches at home this season after a shock 2-0 defeat to Siena at the San Siro.
After a goalless opening period, Siena captain Simone Vergassola put Siena ahead in the 73rd minute after being teed up by Emanuele Calaiò.
The visitors sealed the win deep into stoppage time as Alessio Sestu broke down the right and his cross found the unmarked Francesco Valiani, who headed home to give Siena all three points.
