Hull City midfielder Tom Huddelstone ended a long-running goal drought on Saturday, and he couldn't wait to cut his hair.br />
Following his last goal in April 2011, Huddelstone vowed not to cut his hair until he scored while he also set up a charity page designed to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.
Hull were 4-0 up by the 68th minute at the KC Stadium when the ex-Tottenham Hotspur player netted the fourth goal in Hull's 6-0 thumping of Fulham.
And to celebrate, a member of Hull backroom staff chopped off a fairly big chunk of Huddelstone's massive hair.
By way of a bonus, it was a birthday goal for the midfielder who turned 26 on Saturday.
Huddelstone told Sky Sports: "The celebration has been sorted since the end of last season at Spurs.
"It's a chance to try different hairstyles again rather than leaving it as it is."
Donations to Cancer Research UK can still be made through Huddelstone's JustGiving page here: http://www.justgiving.com/huddlefro
