Loudmouthed fan promised to 'chop his penis off & eat it' if Costa Rica beat Uruguay

One fan was a bit overconfident as he stated publicly via Twitter that he would cut his penis off and eat it should Costa Rica defied the odds and beat Uruguay in their World Cup opener.

If Costa Rica beat Uruguay on Saturday i'll chop my penis off and eat it. It's not going to happen :)

As we all know, Costa Rica pulled off a wonderful performance and defeated Uruguay 3-1 on Saturday in Fortaleza.

The fan's tweet has since gone viral, though, with a few people demanding the loudmouthed supporter to go through with his promise.
