Kaká out of Juve clash?

Saturday, December 13, 2008

AC Milan star Kaká is likely to be ruled out of the Serie A battle against Juventus this weekend.

The Brazilian, who is amongst the five nominees for the FIFA World Player of the Year, is looking like serious doubt after he was forced to miss the team's training session on Friday afternoon and spent most of the time working on his own in the gym.

The news is a massive blow to coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has already lost influential midfielder Gennaro Gattuso to a knee ligament problem.

Reports suggest that Ancelotti has been experimenting with an attacking trident of Ronaldinho, Alexandre Pato and Clarence Seedorf, preparing for Kaká's absence.

The club are expected to make a final decision on whether to risk Kaká later this evening and Milan fans will be waiting anxiously.
