Ronaldo gets a baby girl

Ronaldo's fiancee, Maria Beatriz Antony, gave birth to the striker's second child in Rio de Janeiro's Clinica Perinatal on Wednesday.
Ana Maria Funky, the hospital's spokeswoman, told AP by telephone that the baby, who was named Maria Sofia, was born weighing 2.98 kilograms (6.57 pounds).
Funky said both mother and daughter were in perfect health and should leave the hospital no later than Friday.
Ronaldo, who led Brazil to the 2002 World Cup title, already has an 8-year-old boy, Ronald, from a previous relationship.
The three-time FIFA World Player of the Year is still recovering from knee surgery and recently signed with Brazilian club Corinthians.
