Hiddink confused with Arshavin

The pressure of managing two teams appears to be getting to Guus Hiddink after the Dutchman blundered by claiming Arsenal ace Andrei Arshavin played for Chelsea.

Hiddink, in charge of both Russia and Chelsea, made the cock-up during a press conference in Moscow ahead of Russia's clash with Azerbaijan on Saturday.

He said: "Andrei is strong physically and psychologically. He likes it in England. And he's already become one of Chelsea's leaders."

Hiddink then realised his error and added: "What a slip of the tongue. Of course he's a leader in Arsenal — but he would be doing the same at Chelsea!"
