New Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed the signing of CSKA Moscow star Yuri Zhirkov.
The 25-year-old Russian international is believed to have signed in an £18 million deal.
The winger follows striker Daniel Sturridge and keeper Ross Turnbull as the Blues build for next season.
Speaking at his first press conference, Ancelotti said: "Zhirkov, Sturridge - these are Chelsea players.
"Zhirkov is naturally on the left. I think he can do all the work and can play in defence and in between."
