A Yossi Benayoun hat-trick allowed Liverpool to reaffirm their title credentials with a 4-0 victory over battling Burnley at Anfield.
Benayoun opened the scoring on 27 minutes before Dirk Kuyt gave Liverpool a two-goal lead at half time after a brilliant counter-attack.
On 61 minutes it was three as Fernando Torres found Steve Gerrard, who battered his way into the box to find Benayoun for a tap-in.
And the Israeli midfielder finally sealed his hat-trick after a smart one-two with sub Andriy Voronin in the 81st minute.
