Glasgow Rangers ended their European campaign on a losing note as they went down 1-0 to Sevilla at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.

Frédéric Kanouté scored the lone goal from the penalty spot after just eight minutes following a clumsy challenge by Steven Whittaker on Fernando Navarro.
