Champions Inter Milan twice came from behind to win a seven goal thriller over bottom side Siena at the San Siro.

Massimo Maccarone opened the scoring for Siena in the 18th minute, but Inter were level six minutes later when Wesley Sneijder found Diego Milito, who cut in and curled a low shot past Gianluca Curci.

Sneijder curled in a second from a 36th-minute free-kick before Albin Ekdal brought the visitors level before halftime.

Maccarone's second in the 65th minute appeared to have handed bottom-team Siena a vital win, but Sneijder scored his second free-kick after 88 minutes to give Inter a share of the points.

Then in injury time, Goran Pandev and Walter Samuel combined and the Argentine defender found space in Siena's area to turn and fire home the winner.
