Benfica and Argentina forward Ángel di María admits he is delighted with interest from new Real Madrid boss José Mourinho.
The 22-year-old has been strongly tipped to become one of the new Galácticos as Mourinho plans to refine his recently inherited side.
Mourinho has publicly confessed he would like to count on di María and the midfielder has now expressed his appreciation for the remarks.
He told EFE: "It is beautiful that Mourinho has asked for me and said that he wants me.
"It makes me more calm and I am happy because I will have the possibility to go to Madrid if God wants it.
"It would be very beautiful for me to move to Real Madrid."
In recent years several players have left Real for Benfica, most notably Javier Saviola and Javi García.
