Wayne Rooney finally ended his scoring drought as Manchester United brushed aside woeful West Ham 3-0 at Old Trafford.
The England striker found the net from the penalty spot in the 33rd minute following a Jonathan Spector foul on Ryan Giggs.
United increased the lead five minutes after the break when Nani waltzed through the Hammers' defence before smashing the ball past Robert Green.
Dimitar Berbatov wrapped up the victory with twenty minutes to go as the Bulgarian acrobatically scissor-kicked a Nani pass into the net.
