Zlatan Ibrahimović endured a debut to forget as AC Milan were stunned 2-0 by freshly promoted Cesena courtesy of two first-half goals.
Defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos was late when Erjon Bogdani headed in from the center of the area on 31 minutes and Cesena waltzed through the Milan defense on a counterattack that led to Emanuele Giaccherini's goal in the 44th minute.
To add insult to injury Ibrahimović saw his 87th-minute spot-kick hit the post and bounce away to safety.
