AS Roma picked up a much-needed three-point haul with a 2-1 victory over Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico.
Marco Borriello opened the scoring in the 34th minute and Matteo Brighi gave the home team a two-goal cushion early in the second half.
Gergely Rudolf ensured their would be a tense finish when he slotted home after 78 minutes, but Genoa were unable to find an equalizer.
