Arsenal are now seven points off leaders Manchester United, with a game in hand, after a frustrating goalless stalemate with ten-man Blackburn Rovers at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal dominated the visitors and constantly threatened a breakthrough but Blackburn's defense managed to thwart almost all the Gunners' advances.
Some magnificent last-ditch defending and an in-form Paul Robinson kept Arsenal at bay, even after Steven N'Zonzi was shown a straight red card in the 76th for jumping in two-footed on Laurent Koscielny.
