Premier League: Wolves 0-5 Man United

Monday, March 19, 2012

Manchester United are now four points clear of rivals Manchester City at the top of the Premier League after battering Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-0 at Molineux.

The hosts fell behind after 21 minutes through Jonny Evans's first ever goal for the Red Devils and things went from bad to worse with Ronald Zubar seeing red for his second yellow card on 39 minutes.

And United made their numerical advantage count with two quick-fire goals from Antonio Valencia and Danny Welbeck.

United broke at will after the break and Javier Hernández helped himself to a brace making it 5-0 by the hour-mark.
