In a regional league match against Coronel Romero, Porvenir player Aldo Olmedo was sent off for a brutal challenge in the 71st minute.

His teammates erupted in outrage, with two confronting and chest-bumping referee Wildo Amarilla, which prompted the official to send them off as well.

Unfortunately, that only made things worse as the rest of the Porvenir players poured towards the referee, who rather understandably started making his way off the pitch.

But Porvenir player Marcos Leguizamón was having none of it, and he launched a kung-fu side kick right into the referee's face.

Police were called in immediately to calm what was turning into a riot, and the match was abandoned with Coronel up 2-0.
