Fernando Llorente opened the scoring for the hosts after just two minutes with Andrea Pirlo doubling the lead from an inch-perfect free-kick in the 74th minute.

And Pogba sealed the points with a scorching strike six minutes later.

The young Frenchman flicked up the ball on the edge of the Napoli box before unleashing a beautifully struck volley that went in off the inside of the post.

It was clocked at 101km/h (63mph) but Pogba conceded the touch to set himself up was a complete fluke.

Pogba told Sky Sport Italia: "I actually got the first touch wrong, but it went well afterwards.

"It could've ended up in the stands, but all the players told me to shoot because I'm good from distance, so I try to give it a go.

"If the ball lands in among the fans, then that's fine, but I will keep trying and see where it ends up."
