Ex-Watford striker Víctor Ibarbo has found himself the subject of some extraordinary claims made by his former team-mate Allan Nyom, who suggested the Colombian's male genitalia once even sent a woman to hospital.

Ibarbo, now 35, had a short-lived spell in the Premier League with Watford during the 2015/16 season, making just four appearances while on loan from Cagliari.

Though he failed to score for the Hornets, the forward became something of a cult hero among FIFA gamers, thanks to his famously high pace rating on the popular video game.

'I'd Never Seen Anything Like It'

Speaking on the El After podcast, Ibarbo's former Watford colleague Nyom recalled his first impressions of the striker during their time in England.
The first time I saw Ibarbo in the shower, honestly I'd never seen anything like that in my life.

It wasn't even normal but everyone knows that. If you talk about him in Italy or anywhere, everyone talks to you about the same thing.

He was also a tall guy, about 1.90 metres tall, and honestly it reached more than halfway down his leg. I saw it and thought, "What is this?" But anyway, that's it.

I also remember a woman who worked at the club, and one time she came to me and said, "Excuse me, Allan, is it true about Ibarbo? Because they've been telling me about what's wrong with his leg and everyone in the office is scared."
Nyom went further, claiming that on one occasion Ibarbo had to escort a woman to hospital following an intimate encounter.
On one occasion, he took a woman to hospital after a night out. For real.

Cult Hero Status Despite Struggles

Whilst these sensational claims remain unverified, and Ibarbo himself has never commented on them, the Colombian international remains best known for his electric speed on the pitch.

He made over 100 appearances for Cagliari, featured briefly for AS Roma, and represented Colombia 16 times between 2010 and 2016, including at the 2014 World Cup.

However, his time in England was far less memorable as Ibarbo struggled to adapt at Watford and even trained with the club's youth setup before returning to Italy.
