Evann Guessand makes history with two European trophies in one season

The Ivory Coast international completed the remarkable feat on Wednesday night when Crystal Palace defeated Rayo Vallecano 1-0 to lift the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy in Leipzig.
Guessand came off the bench for the final 10 minutes as Oliver Glasner's side secured a famous European triumph.
Whilst the victory itself was historic for Palace, it also confirmed an unprecedented personal achievement for the 24-year-old striker.
Earlier in the campaign, Guessand had already played a role in Aston Villa's successful UEFA Europa League run before leaving the club during the January transfer window.

For Villa, the Europa League triumph capped a superb European campaign under Emery.
