AS Roma moved into the fourth place in Serie A thanks to a 2-0 victory over top-four rivals Parma at the Stadio Olimpico.
Roma broke the deadlock three minutes into the second half after Parma's defense failed to clear the ball from a corner and Nicolás Burdisso pounced to shoot low into the net.
Things went from bad to worse for the visitors after Massimo Paci was sent off for a second bookable offence three minutes from time.
And in injury time, Mirko Vučinić slipped the ball into the path of Matteo Brighi and the midfielder struck past Antonio Mirante with the last kick of the game.
