Lucy Whitaker came up with the idea when she was shopping in ASDA at Eastlands and overheard the manager talking about making Manchester City and Manchester United pizzas.

To create the "Manuel Pepperoni" pizza, Whitaker used Dairylea slices covered in hummus for his skin, mushroom slices for his eyes and brows, and turkey slices and more mushrooms for his hair.

The 28-year-old City fan initially created only the pizza of club's manager Pellegrini, but she put football loyalties aside and created another pizza featuring the face of United boss Moyes.

Her "Moyzzarella" pizza used Red Leicester and mozzarella to recreate Moyes' trademark ginger hair, as well as olive slices and mushroom gills for his facial features.

"I was really pleased with them," Whitaker told the Manchester Evening News.

"I was quite concerned when I was baking them that the colours would run and it wouldn't be realistic, but I did them really quickly for six minutes and I was really happy with the results."

The pizzas are now being sold for £2.50 at the ASDA store, but unfortunately they're just with the ingredients and not the faces.

ASDA manager Mark Hill added: "So far the Man City pizza is selling twice as much as the Man Utd pizza, so David Moyes had better hope this isn't a taste of things to come."
